Right to retract

- In the context of distance sales to consumers falling within the scope of Title VI "Market practices and consumer protection", the consumer has the right to notify the company that he is renouncing the purchase. , without payment of penalties and without giving any reason, within 14  consecutive days from the day after the day of delivery. This right of withdrawal is recognized by Ô'Sentheures  to the consumer to enable him to appreciate the good purchased under the same conditions as on a store display. This right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons or to products acquired by a natural person for professional use.

- However, this withdrawal can only take effect on the condition that the customer has, within 14  days from the day after the day of delivery, notified of its desire by mail or e-mail to Ô'SentHeures, rue Omer Thiriar 60, 7100 Saint-Vaast Belgium, osentheures@gmail.com  and on condition that he returns at his own expense, within the same period, the unused goods. We will send you an email to confirm your willingness to exercise your right of withdrawal.

During the withdrawal period, we advise you to handle the good and the packaging with care, and not to unpack or use it except to the extent that this is necessary to be able to assess whether you want to keep the good. . If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the good together with all the accessories delivered and in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with our instructions below.

- In case of exercise of his right of withdrawal, the customer will return the goods to Ô'SentHeures, rue Omer Thiriar 60, 7100 Saint-Vaast Belgium  , by all means, at its own risk and expense. Therefore, "postage paid by the recipient" or "against reimbursement" shipments will be refused. In the interest of the customer, we recommend having the proof of re-shipment validated by post or by the carrier.

You are therefore responsible for the return costs . 

We may defer reimbursement until the goods have been recovered.

- We ask you to return the articles to the address indicated at the above address, with the delivery documents and possibly the invoice.

- When the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the aforementioned conditions, we will reimburse you, within 30 days, any sum that you have paid us for the purchase of the item (s). The refund will be made to the bank account number that you must indicate in your withdrawal request.
